Welcome to “Knot Bad”,
A well-maintained and outfitted cruising trawler ready to sail the PNW and Alaska
This classic Davis trawler started life as a 54-footer before a reputable Tacoma yard stretched the cockpit and swim step, bringing the boat out to 64' 6" overall. The current owners have kept it in covered moorage on Lake Union for 37 years, so it’s spent the majority of its life in fresh water, not salt. That slip is transferable to the new owner, a rare find on Lake Union.
Inside, the galley features custom woodwork, granite counters, and a new fridge/freezer (2025). The salon has fresh cabinetry with a pop-up TV, and both heads were fully redone with new counters, shower stalls, and cabinetry. washer/dryer too. Twin low-time 3208 Cat diesels power the vessel, two Northern Lights generators (one newly installed in 2021) provide ample power, one with just 115 hours.
A tender davit system carries a 2005 14' Palmer-Voyager with outboard off the stern, ready to go the moment you drop the hook.
Covered moorage may convey with sale at Rainer Marina.
